AQUILA Steuerberatung was founded in 1990 and, after being taken over by Dr. Helmi Polster in 1998, has developed into a high-performing advisory firm. The core team consists of five highly qualified, experienced specialists (all certified).
Our clients are small enterprises, entrepreneurs, freelancers and wealthy private individuals. In addition to traditional tax advice, entrepreneurs and their families are advised in particular on the planning and structuring of company and asset succession.
We cooperate with experienced specialists from other fields, who we have long-standing business relationships with.
Our Services

We manage your financial accounting and prepare payroll accounting (including construction site wages), annual financial statements and all tax returns. We represent you in dealings with the tax authorities and tax courts up to the Federal Fiscal Court. We work with the DATEV software suite.

In direct connection with company succession, we provide tax advice on the drafting of wills as well as inheritance and marriage contracts. In the area of inheritance and gift tax, we also advise wealthy private clients. The tax structuring of asset succession is usually preceded by private wealth planning.

Our specially trained staff are on hand to advise our physician clients on opening new practices or taking over existing practices. We have experience in the admission or withdrawal of partners from practices and the conversion of group practices into joint practices and vice versa. We also offer advice on billing optimization.
